DatacenterDynamics’ Stockholm conference on 4th November 2010 will bring together senior data center professionals from the Nordic region to benchmark their investment, operational and evolution strategies against those of their peers and competitors, access the latest advances in engineering and IT from leading technology innovators and develop strategies to reduce their costs and improve their data centers’ performance.
Why Sweden?
Sweden was selected to host the conference due to its key strengths for data center operations: abundant low carbon power, commercially exploitable free cooling, established district heating networks and excellent local and international communications infrastructure: elements which promise to make Sweden the focal point for a renaissance in Nordic data center investment, both locally and internationally.
The conference take place at Stockholm International Fairs (Stockholmsmässan) November 4, 2010.

The conference in Stockholm will showcase state of the art datacenter installations and discuss trends and evolution of methods to achieve greater energy efficiency. In connection with the conference, the national/regional partnership InvestICT will organise tailor-made programs to facilitate meetings between international companies and the Swedish data center community. This will include activities such as site visits to existing data centers, meetings with engineering and energy companies, district cooling and heating operators, and innovative IT solutions companies. Our mission is to help companies open a dialogue with key players in the Swedish data center community and thereby better understand the unique benefits of locating their data center operations in Sweden.
